Observations

Superb new villa of lime pit foot with private swimming pool located at the heart of the vines in a small village of 750 inhabitants, at 15 km of Narbonne and 17 km of the beaches. The Channel of the South passes to 500 m of the house, and ' Cesse', small river which crosses the village is partially arranged in beach, with all close a park of plays for the children. The house is established at the end of a road in dead end and calms it is guaranteed. The trade are to 500 m in the village (supermarket to 2 km). The house is directed full south with a covered terrace of 35 m², the swimming pool is well protected from the wind by low walls and shrubs which guarantee the intimacy of the places. Area in charge of history, visits castles cathares and quoted of Carcassonne, to follow the wine trail, to make tastings of the wines minervois and corbières, ballades on the channel of midday...
