a large house of 1920 of recent restoration, in full center of the Quimper(Kemper) old man, capital of Cornwall, small narrow streets, ramparts and its cathedral. Each room has a privative water room with WC. Calm district. A large market open Wednesday and saturdays to 200m. Of an undeniable tourist interest, the town of Quimper east in the center of the tourist and cultural attractions: many beaches and fishing ports in the vicinity and festivals of Cornwall, the Blue Nets (Concarneau and city-closed), Interceltique of Lorient, the Old Plough, festoù noz, initiation with the Breton language, embroidery, Breton dance... a strategic place for knowing the finistère well.
