A Stylish Exceptionally Well Equipped Apartment with Stunning Views.

Double aspect provides plenty of light and a welcome through breeze, large balcony and seating area to front provide places to appreciate day and evening setting sun along with views front and rear of the Provencal hills.

A beautiful pool area comprising main pool and toddlers pool with loungers, toilets and changing facilities.

Set amongst the umbrella pines and eucalyptus trees, Ste Maxime Park is a small private, gated development with its own pool. The complex is well maintained and managed gardens enhance the setting. Ste Maxime itself is a small harbour town on the Gulf of St Tropez, facing full south it enjoys 300 days of sunshine each year. The town has its own beach and marina. Stroll around the pedestrianised streets, of the old town, which are brimming with restaurants, bistros, boutiques and a variety of open air stalls. The chic resort of St Tropez is only a 10min ferry crossing away. There is a cycle track from the complex to the town.

From the initial point of contact to the moment we returned home, we received good attention from Malcolm and Shirley. Information about the location, driving directions, local amenities etc. were spot on!
The advert described the property very accurately. We knew from the description and photos that the apartment was going to be lovely, but were blown away with just how lovely it was!
The apartment was clean, well maintained, very comfortable and in a quiet location with lovely views. We could even see the fireworks in Ste Maxime from the balcony and from the front of the property.
We used the communal pool, which was well maintained and clean. It was a great addition, especially when we had been out driving during the day - to come back and relax there was ideal.
Although there was a good bus service and bus stop outside the commune, we chose to walk to the beach and town. The central beach is clean and the sea safe to swim in. There were many restaurants to choose from, all with good menus and high quality of food.
When we weren't on the beach, we took the boat over to St Tropez, and drove to Port Grimaud, Cannes, Monaco and Hyeres (for Porquerolles).
I'd happily recommend the property to others. Ste Maxime is a lovely base for a holiday. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment for a truly fantastic holiday. Malcolm and Shirley are so accommodating - no question is ever unanswered and they go above and beyond to make the stay as perfect as possible - before and during the holiday.
The apartment is perfectly situated, stylishly and well equipped and incredibly spacious - we stayed in August our daughters are 14 and 16 and DO NOT believe in packing lightly......... there was more than enough space for us all - in addition Rob takes his bike and there is room to store that too.
We will be back again and again and again - just PERFECT.

We recently stayed in this apartment for a very enjoyable and relaxing week.
The apartment is located in a quiet gated community about a mile and a half from the centre of Ste Maxime. It is well equipped and comfortable. There is a lovely balcony with table and chairs and an excellent awning if you need some shelter from the sun. Malcolm and Shirley are very organised and helpful and they provided us with comprehensive instructions for the apartment.

There is a nice shared swimming pool at the centre of the complex. This was quiet even during the Summer holidays. We never had any trouble finding a sunbed.

We shopped in Carrefour, which is a very short journey by car.

Aqualand is also very close and is easily walkable. We had two days here. Our kids, aged 11 and 9, loved it and we were able to relax while they enjoyed the slides and the wave pool.

The highlight was taking the Bateau Vert across the Gulf of Ste Tropez, where we had lunch and explored the town. The views across the bay are spectacular.

We also enjoyed a trip to the beach at Plage de La Nartelle. The beach is kept very clean and there is free parking available if you get there early enough.

All in all we had a lovely week. The apartment is very clean and excellent value for money. We have no hesitation recommending it.
