Located in the Barcelona area (15 miles to Barcelona), we have an amazing 3 bedrooms flat available with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. You can go to Barcelona by train (departure each 15 minutes) or by car (around 20 minutes). It’s a very spacious flat which cans accommodate until 9 persons. This flat contains: - A big lounge / dinner place with a sofa bed, TV, cute and large dinner table... From the lounge, you can have access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea where it is a perfect place to have a nice breakfast. The lounge has been recently decorated and now it cans offer you a very nice place where you will spend a good time with your friends or family. - A fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, fridge, freezer, 4 cookware.... - A bathroom, toilets and a bathtub. - A bedroom with 3 bunk beds. - A twin room with a huge cupboard. - A bedroom with a double bed (and vast cupboard). This bedroom has a bay window which allows the access to a very nice terrace. This apartment is in the 1st floor of a cute residence with a facade recently renovated (summer 2009 ). It is perfect for 3 couples or for 2 couples with children because all of our rooms offer a certain privacy. The flat is located in a very nice area full of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, sea bars... The city center and the cultural activities are really easy to access. Indeed, close to the flat, you have some buses which transfer you to the city center in less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, you can go by car or by bike (the residence has a safe parking).
